Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the jewelry item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain jewelry items are not eligible for return, including:
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Gift cards
To Complete Your Return
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account or payment method.
- Contact your credit card company or bank—processing times may vary.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, contact us at maahslifestyle@gmail.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Once the item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for higher-value jewelry items.
