Mahstyles offers fashion jewellery, including sterling silver, gold-filled, gold-plated, stainless steel, pearl, moissanite and gemstone designs, as specified on individual product pages.

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, material details and product specifications. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography and screen settings.

Please check the material and care information for each item before purchasing. Not every item is made from solid gold or sterling silver.

Your statutory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming products remain unaffected.

3. Orders and Availability

Please ensure that your contact information, billing details and delivery address are correct when placing an order.

Our standard voluntary return policy provides a 7-day return window from delivery for eligible items. This voluntary policy does not replace or restrict any statutory cancellation or refund rights that apply to your purchase.

For eligible UK online purchases, consumers generally have 14 days after delivery to notify the seller that they wish to cancel, subject to applicable exceptions. Additional time is generally available to return the goods after cancellation.
